Joan C. Marsh, 91 of Port Jervis, NY died on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at Garnet Medical Center, Middletown, NY.  Joan was born in New York City, New York on May 24, 1931 to the late Henry and Catherine Meyer.

Joan proudly served in the US Army and was honorably discharged.  Joan retired from the “moms line” at Kolmar Labs, Port Jervis, NY.

Visitation will be Thursday, January 26, 2023, 1:00pm to 3:00pm at the Harrison Rasmussen Funeral Home, 3412 SR 97, Barryville, NY.   Funeral Service will be Saturday, January 28, 2023 at 10:00am in the funeral home.  Burial will follow in St. Anthony’s Cemetery, Eldred, Ny.
