Richard Franceschi

Richard Franceschi, 86, of Eldred, NY, formerly of Mahwah, New Jersey, passed away Friday, April 4, 2025 at home.  Richard was born September 4, 1938 in New York City.  He was a retired Police Chief of Ramsey, New Jersey, a mason at Hawthorne-Fortitude Lodge in Ramsey, New Jersey, and a member of the Beaverbrook Rod and Gun Club.  He was a past president of the Highland Seniors in Eldred, New York.  He is survived by his wife, Linda, his two children, Sharon and Lisa, and his five grandchildren, Peter, Billy, Grace, Caitlin and Isabella.

A private memorial service will be held later at the convenience of the family.
