Jeannette M. Fornasari, 66 of Liberty, NY, passed away on Monday, August 10, 2026, at home.  Jeannette was the daughter of the late Richard and Rita (Conklin) Dailey, born January 5, 1960, in Liberty, NY.

Jeannette was married to Dennis Fornasari and together they built a life together with their four daughters.  She was affectionately known as MeMa to her grandchildren and all who knew her.  She was a deeply loving, family-centered woman who created a welcoming home and cherished the people and animals around her.  She loved her family cats and enjoyed the zombie apocalyspe series, The Walking Dead.

Jeannette was a dedicated certified nurse’s aide at Walnut Mountain Care Center (Achieve) in Liberty NY.

Jeannette is survived by her husband, Dennis, her daughters: Tiffany Brown (Lito Baez) of Liberty, NY; Merrisa Berger (Christopher Rodriguez) of Loch Sheldrake; Brandi Jo Fornasari (Trent Paitek) of California; and Amanda Fornasari of Bethel NY.  Four grandchildren: Kira Brown, Nika Brown, Isabella Skye Rodriguez, and Christopher Rodriguez.  Sisters Sara Dailey,  Ruth Mott and Barbarette Westmoreland; brothers Wayne and Steve Dailey.  Jeannette was predeceased by her parents and brother Donald Dailey.
