Hugh Murdock McDonald of Shohola, PA a long-time area resident, passed away on Sunday, December 26, 2021 at Good Samaritan Hospital, Suffern, NY. The son of the late Hubert and Janette McDonald, he was born December 28, 1961 in Worcester, MA. He was 59 years old. Hugh was married to Colleen (Cabany) McDonald. She survives.

Hugh was a US Marine Veteran, having served in Dessert Storm as a Staff Sergeant. He was a member of IBEW Local 102 Electrical Workers Union. He was a member of St. Ann Church, Shohola, PA. Former member of the VFW Milford, PA

Survivors include: His wife Colleen, his son: Tyler McDonald of Florida.
Hugh is predeceased by parents.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, January 8, 2022, at 11:00AM at St. Ann Church, Shohola, PA. Father Edward Casey will officiate.
